Since June 29, 2018 you can submit your application for Open Call 36. On Sunday, August 26th, the term expires. After 23h it is no longer possible to submit your application.

Confirm projects

Do not forget to confirm your projects on the website (see screenshot below)! Unfortunately we can not take into account unconfirmed candidatures. When you are a candidate with your own office and with one or more temporary associations, you have to confirm several times:

• The candidatures of your office
• The applications of your temporary association. If you apply with several temporary associations, you must confirm the candidatures of each temporary association separately

Confirmation mail

To be sure, you can check whether you have received an e-mail from the Flemish Government Architect (bouwmeester@vlaanderen.be) confirming that you have applied for the projects you have selected.

• If you have applied with a temporary association, all partners of the temporary association have also received this e-mail.
• You will receive a separate confirmation email for every form you are applying for (office and temporary association).

Valid applications

The lists of valid candidates for each project can be found on the various project pages on the website from 7 September. We are currently working behind the scenes on your personal page on the website, so that the follow-up of the projects for which you are a candidate will be more transparent and interactive. You will receive more news about this in a few weeks.
